The company has developed and implemented the new Degla project  on 138 acre, which contains residential buildings of different heights in addition to  various services and a recreational area.

First phase:

8 towers are initially delivered with a  total number of 392 units and 16 villas.

Work is in progress to remove building violation on Block 1, in the first phase

Second phase Project
The project consists of lands designated for the construction of residential towers in addition to a mosque, a school and commercial buildings

Utility works for the second part are to be completed, a number of lands have been sold, and designs are being prepared and licenses are being issued for the rest of the lands.

Third Phase

Consists of a recreational area and residential lands and has been sold.

Fourth phase:

The initial delivery of (5) towers has been completed with a total number of (181) units, and the delivery of (11) towers is in progress, with a total number of (477) units.

Work is in progress for(9) towers, with a total number of (284) units

Licensing (8) towers and (10) tower designs are being terminated
